POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable using a wide variety of hand power tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and not bothered by heights
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must exhibit a high degree of good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and fellow employees
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to follow through with assigned tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Time management skills
• Ability to follow directions and open to the opinions and advice from supervisors
• Good at troubleshooting and problem solving
Additional related experience preferred, but not required:
• Understanding of network functionality, router configurations, backups, Exchange
• Understanding of databases- Access, SQL
• General Contractor experience
• Experience installing CCTV, alarms or access control systems
• Panel wiring and installation
• Locksmith experience
